If, however, something doesn’t go as expected, we’re here to make things right.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- The return request is raised within 7 days of product delivery.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels and accessories intact.
Please note: For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, first-aid and medical products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned.
2. Non-returnable Items
The following categories are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used medical kits, ointments, or sterile items.
- Items with damaged or missing packaging not caused during transit.
- Products purchased during promotional sales or marked as “Non-returnable” on our website.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order ID, reason for return, and any supporting images (if applicable).
- Once your request is verified, we will arrange for a pickup or ask you to ship the product back to our warehouse.

4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the item arrives at our facility:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet) within 5–10 business days.
- If your payment was made through cash on delivery (COD), we will issue a bank transfer or digital wallet refund after verifying your details.
- In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on product availability and customer preference.
5. Damages and Replacements
If your order arrives damaged, missing parts, or incorrect:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and product.
- We’ll schedule a free replacement or full refund, depending on stock availability and your preference.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, orders will follow the standard return process.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be initiated within 3–5 business days of confirmation.
